Winner Verification Process
To ensure fairness and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries:
• All lucky draw winners will be contacted via the phone number submitted during registration.
• Winners must answer the verification call in order to confirm their identity and eligibility.
• Identity verification will be conducted by matching the winner’s first name and last name against their NRIC or official identification upon prize collection.
• The name submitted in the registration form must match the participant’s NRIC or official ID.

Call Verification Requirement
• Winners must successfully complete a verification call before prize confirmation.
• If the winner does not answer the call after reasonable contact attempts (e.g., 3 attempts within 3 working days), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prize Collection Requirement
• Winners must present their NRIC or official identification for verification during prize collection.
• Failure to provide matching identification may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and must be collected by the registered participant.
